We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, with packaging and tags intact.
Because our rugs come into direct contact with the skin, we cannot accept returns of used items.
We’re a small business and unfortunately at this stage we’re unable to take responsibility for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty. The original shipping costs are also non-refundable.

Each piece is unique
Each rug is wholly handwoven and hand-dyed. Subtle variations in weave, tone, and texture are a natural part of that process — and what makes each rug entirely unique.
