Pranayama Pillows

Handwoven from organic cotton and prepared with the Ayurvastra herbal textile process, our Pranayama Pillows support breathwork, restorative postures, and chest-opening practice. Filled with organic buckwheat husks and finished in plant-dyed, non-toxic fabrics, they combine artisan craft with practical support. Available in the same botanical dye colours as our rugs and blocks for a coordinated practice space.
How they are made

How they are made

All our products are made by hand in small batches. Organic cotton is dyed using the Ayurvastra process — infused with Kashayam (22 Ayurvedic herbs) and botanical dyes — then handwoven on traditional looms.
